Cylindrical Tank for ricotta production. Made entirely of stainless steel. Cavity on the bottom where the vapour distribution takes place and isolated lateral walls. Equipped with steam traps and discharge ball valve.

TROLLEY FOR SALTED RICOTTA CHEESE

Stainless steel structure with tubular element 40x40x2. It is mounted on wheels ø 150, n.°2 fixed and n.°2 rotatable. It is predisposed for n.°40 forms on two levels with springs. Manual loading device.
