  • Fermenter for yoghurt, cream and mascarpone.
  • Capacity: from 100 till 5.000 litres.
  • Vertical cylindrical fermenter made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Internal polished 2B finish, external flowered finish.
  • Fermenter functions: product stirring, heating, pasteurisation, cooling and draining.
  • Interspace for circulation of heating and cooling fluid.
  • Heating by steam or electric by heating elements.
  • Cooling with mains water or cold water.
  • System for circulating steam and cold water in the fermenter.
  • Double PT100 probe: one for the product and one for the cavity.
  • Product movement by means of an AISI 304 stainless steel agitator.
  • The agitator is driven by an inverter-controlled variable speed gear motor.
  • Recirculating washing system with stainless steel AISI 316 centrifugal pump.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel electrical panel complete with touch-screen operator interface for managing the recipes and the various functions.
